The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicines used in the UK. It has become clear during the Covid-19 pandemic that the MHRA has failed to meet its responsibilities in multiple ways, despite prior warnings of inadequate regulation published in Government reports:
● no requirement for manufacturers to demonstrate sufficient safety, before or after approvals;
● approvals for younger age groups and children in the absence of long-term safety data, despite only negligible potential for benefit;
● failure to act promptly on evidence of adverse reactions, to rigorously assess safety evidence and to share it publicly to enable informed consent;
● failure to identify and address problems with manufacturing and quality control.

● no independent safety audits of MHRA;
● lack of accountability and no predetermined safety thresholds in stark contrast to regulators of other industries;
● close funding arrangements involving the pharmaceutical industry, creating serious conflicts of interest.

It is known that 90%+ of adverse effects are not reported to the Yellow Card system but whatever the true toll in injuries and deaths, when the MHRA responsible for guaranteeing “vaccine” safety states that the “overwhelming majority” of Yellow Card reports are “sore arms, headaches, chills, tiredness, feeling sick, dizziness, weakness and aching muscles,” it is lying to the UK public.
How do we know MHRA are lying? Because roughly three-quarters of the adverse effects reported to the Yellow Card system are categorised as “serious”.

Eu safety report on Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine reveals damning data
It is high time to hold the EMA (European Medicines Agency) and the EU Commission and their complicit partners – starting with WHO and FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) – accountable for their dereliction of duty in failing to protect public health by ignoring the glaring safety signals and standing by the obviously erroneous statement that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine’s ‘benefit-risk profile remains favourable’. This long existing safety report, published in August, 2021 serves as solid evidence that parties involved in evaluation and decidiont to allow COVID-19 ‘vaccinations’ to market were aware of the devastating impact they brought about. They did not only fail in their duty to properly evaluate mRNA ‘vaccinations’ before application on humans but they continue ignoring safety indicators at hand causing unmeasurable harm and destruction.
Their repeated refusal to respect their lawful mandates calls for an investigation of potential civil and criminal violations and the process to hold all involved accountable.

A major in the U.S. Army Medical Corps was punished for granting service members medical exemptions to the military’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, and his Texas medical license is under investigation, court documents show. The lawsuit, originally known as Doe et al. v. Austin, was filed by 18 members of the military, against the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

In March 2021 APRHA warned doctors that they could be deregistered for “spreading anti-vaccination claims”. AHPRA spokesman Brett Simmonds said at the time that there was “no place for anti-vaccination messages in professional health practices and any promotion of anti-vaccination claims, including on social media and advertising, may be subject to regulatory action”.
...the head of the Queensland branch of the Australian Medical Association (AMA), Dr. Chris Perry, warned doctors in November 2021 of penalties if they tried to exempt anyone from vaccination. Furthermore, Perry said life for the general population, “will be very miserable without vaccination…. You won’t be able to hide … you will have a very, very lonely life … and you won’t be able to get a doctor to sign an exemption.”
In fact, doctors who gave advice against AHPRA and government policy had already been targeted.
Former president of the Australian Medical Association, Dr Kerryn Phelps: ‘Regulators of the medical profession have censored public discussion about adverse events following immunisation, with threats to doctors not to make any public statements about anything that ‘might undermine the government’s vaccine rollout or risk suspension or loss of their regulation’ AHPRA’s position statement and their aggressive enforcement of it have created conditions for suppression of debate over Covid treatments and measures, discipline and deregistration of dissenting doctors, and censorship of vaccine injuries, in what amounts in some cases to the complete abandonment of patients by doctors who are fearful of being seen as ‘anti-vax’ by the public and the regulator.

500 Australians join Covid vaccine injury class action lawsuit – The suit accuses
the Australian Government, the Therapeutic Goods Administration and Department of Health and Aged Care, and a number of senior public servants of negligence related to the approval and monitoring of COVID-19 vaccines, breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office.
According to the lawsuit,
the respondents approved the vaccines ‘with no proper or reasonable evidentiary or logical basis to reasonably determine the vaccines to be safe, effective and possessing a positive risk-benefit profile’.

NZDSOS (New Zealand Doctors Speaking Out with Science) have written another letter to the Chief Coroner, shared below. We outline the range of concerns we have which include:
frequency of deaths occurring in temporal relationship to administration of Comirnaty;
a horrifying divergence between mainstream media reports and the actual evidence;
known harms of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein used as the antigenic basis for Covid-19 vaccines;
emerging trends occurring globally including in New Zealand, of infertility, miscarriage, ‘turbo cancers’, heart attacks, strokes, recurrent covid and other infections, and elevated total deaths;
the need for carefully conducted autopsies following scientific methods shown to assist in confirming causal links with Covid-19 vaccination;
the failings of existing pharmacovigilance systems to detect pharmaceutical harms.
We make an earnest offer to meet with the coroner to discuss these and other concerns that we have, in an attempt to collaborate on solutions for the emerging catastrophe. It is time for all medical professionals to make a stand, returning to the principles of ethics and evidence based practice.

The Swiss case is a criminal complaint against the country’s regulator of medicines, Swissmedic,
filed in July 2022 by Philipp Kruse, co-president of the Swiss Bar Association, on behalf of a group of plaintiffs.
The complaint alleges that Swissmedic repeatedly violated its due diligence obligations under therapeutic product law because:
a) it was already aware of countless risk factors from December 2020 onwards, each of which, when assessed in isolation, should have prevented the granting of the ‘temporary’ authorisation and subsequent administration of the mRNA injections;
b) it breached the prohibition of the advertising of therapeutic products;
c) it failed to fulfil its duty of post-marketing surveillance in a risk-adequate manner.
